We do two things really well: design, build, and manage innovative programs that serve the community, and train teams within organizations to build their creative confidence, so strategy turns into execution, and ideas turn into results.

Tamakan
Tamakan cohort at work

Tamakan turns a career's biggest transition into its most powerful chapter. Through an extensive, project-based, collaborative experience, fresh graduates build the skills and tools recruiters look for, explore different career paths, and develop their creative confidence leaving as stronger problem solvers, better collaborators, and compelling candidates. The program is implemented in partnership with the National Bank of Kuwait.

Financial literacy
Bankee

Bankee is an innovative financial literacy program for elementary schools that brings the concept of a classroom economy to life, merging financial concepts with positive behaviours. Offered in public, private, and special needs schools, the program is implemented in partnership with the National Bank of Kuwait, the Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), and the Ministry of Education and has been recognised with multiple awards.

Bida is the product of two years of exploration into how to better support early childhood in Kuwait a complex program built in close collaboration with experts and leadership within the healthcare system. Bida will offer a platform and awareness for early childhood development, grounded in the science of the first five years giving parents and caregivers the tools, resources, and knowledge to turn everyday moments into the foundations of their child's future. Bida is launching soon.

Our story

A risk worth taking.

Why Creative Confidence

I never planned to start a company. But as I kept learning new tools, new skills, new ways of working I couldn't resist the desire to share this knowledge. So in 2016, I took a risk and established Creative Confidence. The idea was simple: help people across sectors and communities understand their challenges deeply, imagine what could be, explore and test ideas in the real world, and create things that last together.

Today, working with partners on initiatives that won awards and training programs that leave a lasting impact, our team shares a passion for meaningful, challenging work.
